Training resumes! WOOTHOOT!
that feeling~ muscleaches and blisters. YESH!
the worst part was i seriously lack of coordination.
neuron communication prob! HA! and had a good laugh at it..
too bad i had to miss freshies training during the hols-i wanted to run for PT! hah!
